Dispatch Confirmation

- Statutory Rights (The First 14 Days): In line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty or not as described within the first 14 days, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
- Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

- Unauthorized repairs or software modifications (rooting/jailbreaking).
- Normal wear and tear (battery depletion or cosmetic scratches).
- Logistics & Fees:
- Faulty Items: Xdeal will cover return postage if a manufacturing fault is confirmed.
- Non-Faulty Returns: If an item is returned but found to be in full working order (user error), a diagnostic fee and return shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
