3. Order Acceptance and Contract
- Acknowledgement: A confirmation email is an acknowledgement of receipt and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
- Formation: The legal contract is formed only when we send a Dispatch Confirmation Email.
- Right to Refuse: Xdeal reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., stock issues, pricing errors, or bulk-buying suspicion) prior to dispatch.
4. Delivery Options & Timescales
We offer complimentary delivery services for the UK:
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 Working Days (including Saturdays).
- Handling Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours.
- Shipping Charge: FREE
- Disclaimer: Delivery timescales are guidelines. Xdeal is not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., courier delays).
5. Delivery Disputes & Security
- Security Verification: If an item is missing from your order, we require up to 5 working days to investigate. This includes reviewing security footage at our dispatch locations to verify packing accuracy.
- Non-Receipt: For disputed deliveries, customers must complete a formal Declaration of Non-Receipt. Failure to return this promptly may delay the resolution.
6. Faulty, Damaged, or Defective Goods
In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- Short-term Right to Reject (30 Days): If your goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
7. Cancellation & Returns (Change of Mind)
- 14-Day Right: You have 14 days from receipt to notify us of your intent to cancel and a further 14 days to return the item.
- Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to deduct a percentage from the refund (up to 30% or more) if the value of the goods is diminished by excessive handling (e.g., broken seals, software activation).

8. Pricing, VAT & International Shipping
- UK Orders: Prices shown are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable.
- Import Duties: As goods may be dispatched from our international hubs, any local import duties or taxes are clearly displayed at checkout or are the responsibility of the customer. No hidden fees will be added after purchase.
9. Student Discount & Promotions
- Student Discount: Xdeal is currently not offering a student discount. We reserve the right to adjust this at any time.
- Promo Codes: Only one code per transaction. Non-refundable and no cash value.
10. Website Security & Liability

- Limitation of Liability: Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the goods plus any delivery charges.
