Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link (UK only). You can also monitor your parcel's progress by logging into your account here.

Signature Requirement

To ensure the security of your high-value items, all orders delivered within the UK require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure the delivery address provided will have someone present to sign for the parcel.

Delivery Partners

Depending on the order value and your location, we partner with premium couriers including Royal Mail, DPD, and Yodel to ensure reliable service.

Alternative Shipping Addresses

You may choose to have your order delivered to an address other than your billing address. Please ensure this is entered correctly during checkout, as it will take time to modify the delivery address once the order has been placed.

PO Box & BFPO Addresses

At this time, for security and signature requirements, we are unable to deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses.

Dispatch Confirmation

You will receive a dispatch email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If you have not received a confirmation after 4 working days, please contact our helpdesk, and our team will be happy to assist you.

At Xdeal, we provide a comprehensive 1-year warranty on our products to ensure your long-term satisfaction.

• Statutory Rights (The First 14 Days): In line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty or not as described within the first 14 days, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.


• Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
  • Accidental damage (drops, cracks, or liquid damage).
  • Unauthorized repairs or software modifications (rooting/jailbreaking).
  • Normal wear and tear (battery depletion or cosmetic scratches).


• Logistics & Fees:
  • Faulty Items: Xdeal will cover return postage if a manufacturing fault is confirmed.
  • Non-Faulty Returns: If an item is returned but found to be in full working order (user error), a diagnostic fee and return shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
